Cannabidiol (CBD) and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are the main active compounds in Cannabis. They are both in the structure, but there is one very big difference. THC is a psychoactive compound, and CBD does not. It's THC which causes "high" related to marijuana, including anxiety and paranoia experienced by several people.
